Her skillset and training has led her to be a highly skilled and effective therapist for both teenagers and adults, with her calm, relaxed approach helping to foster a collaborative relationship with clients.
Nikki is often complemented on her warm and empathic approach, putting the client first and working with them in a non-judgmental way to help them achieve their goals and work through whatever difficulties they bring to her therapy room.

While Nikki’s foundation is person-centred and humanistic, she incorporates trauma-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, and creative approaches, and works with both local clients in the UK as well as international clients.
Nikki is able to work effectively and empathically with teenagers and adults around a range of problems that can affect day to day life and emotional wellbeing to help clients feel better.
Counsellor for Adults & Young People
Nikki’s journey into counselling was inspired by her exploration of attachment styles and a deep desire to help others.
Having always thrived in roles that centred on empathic understanding and support, she realised her true calling was in guiding others towards happier, more fulfilled lives through counselling.
Nikki is a highly adaptable counsellor, offering clients a range of techniques, including emotion identification, body and breath work, and she is able to use creative approaches to help better understand your feelings and help you move forward in spite of your difficulties.
She empowers individuals to choose the tools they feel comfortable with, ensuring the therapy is shaped around their needs, and she is highly adept at creating a safe and non-judgemental space for healing and personal growth.
